Yes. You can book a free trial class so you or your child can meet our instructors, see how a class runs, and try Taekwondo before making any commitment. Use the form on this page to pick a time that works for you.

Our Juniors program welcomes children from 2.5 to 6 years old. Classes are short, playful, and structured to build balance, coordination, and listening skills. At 7, students move into our Kids program, which runs through age 13.

No experience is needed. Most of our students start as complete beginners, and every class is taught at a pace that lets you build fitness and technique gradually. Our adult Taekwondo program is open to students 14 and up at any fitness level.

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art known for fast, powerful kicks and strong fundamentals. Hapkido adds joint locks, throws, and close-range self-defense. Training in both gives students a well-rounded skill set they can actually use.

Wear comfortable athletic clothes you can move freely in, such as a t-shirt and sweatpants or shorts. We train barefoot on the mat. Once you enroll, you will get the uniform you need for regular classes.

Grandmaster Sergio Haritos founded our school in 1982 and still leads it today, bringing more than 40 years of teaching experience. Classes are grouped by age so every student trains at the right level, with a focus on discipline, respect, and confidence.
